Payment by Credit or Debit card

Secure electronic payment is accepted using WorldPay an electronic payment system operated by The Royal Bank of Scotland Group, the 5th biggest banking group in the world. Payment by Cheque

If you prefer to pay by cheque then this is available, simply add the items you wish to purchase to your basket and follow the automated process in the normal way through to the checkout. After completing your customer details select the Cheque Payment Option. On pressing the submit button your order will be emailed to me, whilst details of where to post your payment will be sent to you. Please write your cheque guarantee card number on the back of your cheque before posting. If paying by cheque your order will be dispatched once your cheque has been received, cheque payments for more than �50 will need to be cleared by the bank before the order is dispatched.

Orders placed from within European Union (EU) are charged Value Added Tax (VAT) at 17.5 %. This will be added on at checkout

VAT is not charged on orders placed outside the EU. However, please note that At Your Finger Tips is not responsible for any duties or VAT which maybe charged on these orders by local customs agencies. If in doubt please contact your local agency before placing your order since customs charges will vary according to the country in which the order is placed.

Postage and Packing

A fixed charge of �3.45 is added to the cost of all orders to cover postage and packing. For European orders the cost of postage and packing is �7.45. Worldwide is �11.95. Any orders over 2kg will incur extra postage costs, please e mail prior to ordering.

Delivery

All orders are posted with the Royal Mail or courier. Normally orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your payment, however, on cheque payments of more than �50 please allow an additional 5 days for the cheque to clear. You will be notified if for any reason delivery is likely to be longer. Please note that orders to countries outside the UK will take longer to arrive
