They Can be Used Directly on The Nail Surface, But it is Recommended to Use a Thin Layer of Clear Acrylic First. For Use With any Monomer, However a Violet Coloured Monomer is Recommended. Use of a UV Blocking Topcoat is Recommended to Prevent any Discoloration From the Sun or Other UV Rays.
